Bis zur Rückgabe des Autos war alles in Ordnung, wir vereinbarten, uns um 9:30 Uhr am Flughafen zu treffen. Mein Flug war um 11:10 Uhr. Über das, was ich im Voraus gesagt, um die Person, die das Auto nehmen wird. Der Mann war 30 Minuten zu spät, ich musste das Auto verlassen und zum Flug laufen. Zuerst sagte er, dass er in 15 min sein würde, dann 7-8 insgesamt 30. Unsere Familie, und wir haben ein Kind 3 und 12 Jahre alt, verpasste den Flug. Wir waren um 11:05 Uhr am Ausgang zum Flugzeug. Wir durften das Flugzeug nicht betreten. Fazit: Da das Flugzeug zweimal pro Woche nach Vilnius fliegt, und zwar pn und pt, mussten wir Tickets für pt -360 € nehmen, die Unterkunft 300 Euro, ganz zu schweigen von den zusätzlichen Zahlungen. Niemand hat uns für unsere Verspätung entschädigt. Wir sind also nicht sehr zufrieden.
