Alles war gut, der Zustand des Autos war gut, sauber. Die Manager waren höflich und erklärten alles. Nur gab es ein Minus Rückfahrkamera im Auto nicht funktioniert hat, beschädigte ich das Auto, wenn ich rückwärts fahren wurde. Aber sonst ist alles super! Vielen Dank!

Sehr zufrieden mit allem. Es war einfach, ein Auto für die Daten über die App zu buchen. Keine Sprachkenntnisse überhaupt, sie gaben mir ein Auto mit zwei Dokumenten. Nette Leute. Sie haben keine Kaution genommen. Das Auto war sauber, neu, fast wie auf dem Bild. Sie erklärten mir, wie man für kostenpflichtige Parkplätze bezahlt. Ich bin damit von Dubai nach Abu Dhabi gefahren. Habe das Auto am Ende zurückgegeben. Keine Bußgelder oder zusätzliches Geld verlangt. Alle waren sehr angenehm, ich kann sie empfehlen!

Wir waren in Kontakt, wir durften den Mietvertrag um einen Tag verlängern, wir haben das Auto ohne Probleme abgeholt. Im Allgemeinen waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Yes. Our UAE catalogue includes cars that accept cash, a debit card or a credit card for the deposit, plus cars that require no deposit at all. Use the 'Payment method' filter in search, or open the 'Deposit' block on a car card to see which methods that specific car accepts. Note: most providers require a physical card for the deposit block — Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay typically cannot be used for the deposit, only for the online booking fee.
Traffic fines in the UAE are registered against the car's number plate, so the rental company receives them first and then passes the charge on to you, together with a small administrative fee (typically AED 50–100). Fines can take 2–4 weeks to appear after your rental ends, so keep your payment card valid for that period.
